上皮钙粘素在肺癌中的表达

Expression of E-cadherin and its significance in lung cancer

目的探讨粘附分子上皮钙粘素 (E cadherih ,E CD)在肺癌组织中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组织学SP法研究 1 5例肺慢性支气管炎症及 40例肺癌组织中E CD的表达。结果肺慢性支气管炎症及肺癌组织中E CD的阳性表达率分别为 80 % (1 2 1 5例 )、40 % (1 6 40例 ) ,两者差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;同时E CD在肺癌组织中的表达与其分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期等有相关关系 (P <0 0 5 0 0 1 )。结论E CD参与了肿瘤的发生、发展。

objective To study the expression of E cadherin(E CD) and the relationship of biological behavior in lung cancer.Methods Using immunohistochemistry of SP,15 cases chronic bronchitis and 40 cases lung carcinoma were examined.Results The positivity rates of E CD in chronic bronchitis and lung carcinoma were 80%,40%,respectively.The positivity rate of inchronic bronchitis was higher than that of carcinoma( P <0.01);The expression of E CD in lung carcinoma were related to its differentiation,depth of invasive,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage( P <0.05/0.01). Conclusion E CD was involved in the tumorigenesis,development,invasion and metastases.
