摘要
目的 探讨正常乳腺组织、良性病变乳腺组织、乳腺癌中uPA和P2 7蛋白的表达水平及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 8例正常乳腺组织、2 4例良性病变乳腺组织及 66例乳腺癌中uPA、P2 7蛋白的表达进行测定。结果 uPA和P2 7蛋白在 66例乳腺癌中的高表达率分别为 5 7.6%、5 3 .0 % ,uPA在乳腺癌中的表达水平明显高于正常和良性病变乳腺组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而P2 7蛋白在乳腺癌的表达水平明显低于正常和良性病变乳腺组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。uPA和P2 7蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达有显著相关性 ,它们与乳腺癌的病理学特征显著相关。结论 P2 7蛋白和uPA的表达水平可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展和预后有关 ,而且对于指导乳腺癌的治疗有一定的临床意义。
ObjectiveTo investigate the expresion and clinical value of uPA and P 27 in breast cancer,normal and benign breast disease tissue.MethodsThe expression of uPA and P 27 in 66 cases of breast cancer,8 cases of normal breast tissue and 24 cases of benign breast disease were detected by immunohistochemical technique.ResultsHigh expression rates of uPA and P 27 in 66 cases of breast cancer were 57.6% and 53.0% respectively.The expression level of uPA in breast cancer was higher than that in normal and benign breast disease tissue (P<0.05),but the expression level of P 27 in breast cancer was lower than that in normal and benign breast disease tissue (P<0.05).The expression of uPA and P 27 in breast cancer had significant correlation.And they were significantly associated with clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer.ConclusionThe expression of uPA and P 27might play an important role in the carcinogenesis,development,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.Furthermore they might have clinical value in the treatment of breast cancer.
