摘要
目的 观察间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤的形态学特征 ,免疫表型和鉴别诊断。方法 用光镜、免疫组化对 14例病例进行观察。结果 肿瘤细胞有特征性的多形性的泡状核和明显的核仁 ,且大的瘤细胞呈Ki 1阳性 ,T、B细胞可表达或不表达 ,其中 1例ALK阳性。结论 间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤为非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤的特殊类型 ,需要与转移性癌、恶性黑色素瘤、霍奇金氏病等鉴别 ,应用免疫组化可确诊。
ObjectiveTo study on the clinicopathologic characteristics of anaplastic large cell lymphoma(ALCL).Methods14 cases of ALCL was observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry.ResultsALCL tumor cell had the characteristics of multiple vesicular nuclei,prominent nucleoli and positive Ki-1 expression.The T and B cell antigen might express or not in these cases,one case of ALK-positive expression being found.ConclusionAnaplastic large cell lymphoma,a specific type of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma, should be differentiated from metastatic carcinomas,mlaignant melaoma and Hodgkin′s disease.
