CAP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌38例近期疗效观察

Short-term curative effect of CAP regimen on 38 cases of advanced breast cancer

目的 探讨CAP治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法 应用CAP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌 3 8例。初治10例 ,复治 2 8例。结果 全组完全缓解 (CR) 9例 (2 3 .7% ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 16例 (4 2 .1% ) ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 65 .8% ,初治者及复治者有效率分别为 70 .0 %及 64 .3 %。毒副反应主要是恶心 ,呕吐 (71.1% )及白细胞减少 (60 .5 % )。结论 CAP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌有效而安全 ,对复治患者也有较好疗效。

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of CAP regimen in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods38 cases of advanced breast cancer were treated with CAP regimen.Ten patients had not received chemotherapy before and 28 received chemotherapy previously.
