康隆胶囊治疗男性更年期综合征50例临床观察

Clinical observation on Kanglong capsule in treating 50 cases of male climacteric syndrome

目的 观察康隆胶囊治疗男性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法 1 0 0例男性更年期综合征患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组口服康隆胶囊 ,对照组口服安雄 (十一酸睾酮 )片 ,6个月为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 88% ,对照组总有效率 84% ,2组经统计学处理无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 康隆胶囊治疗男性更年期综合征疗效确切 ,与安雄 (十一酸睾酮 )片疗效近似 ,但费用低廉 ,无副作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kanglong capsule on male climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with male climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=50) Kanglong capsule was orally taken;in control group (n=50) Anwei tablet was orally taken,with a teatment course of six months for both groups. Results The total effective rate was 88% in treatment group and 84% in control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Kanglong capsule is effective in treating male climacteric syndrome, whose therapeutic effect is similar to that of Anwei tablet, with lower price and less side effect.
