膝关节不稳的赔偿医学分析

The Analysis on the Medical Composition of the Knee's Unstablization

目的总结膝关节韧带及半月板损伤遗留膝关节不稳的伤残评定经验。方法回顾性分析近 5年受理的 15 6例膝关节损伤的伤残评定案例中选取 10例关节韧带损伤及半月板损伤的资料。结果前、后交叉韧带、外侧副韧带损伤 2例 ,前交叉韧带损伤 3例 ,后交叉韧带损伤 3例 ,内侧副韧带、前交叉韧带损伤 1例 ,半月板损伤 1例。结论膝关节组织结构是一个整体 ,其任何组织损伤均可造成功能损害导致整体功能失衡 ,甚至整体功能的丧失 ,同时还可累及踝关节的功能 ;膝关节的功能评价不能单纯以其关节活动度为依据 ,必须注重关节的稳定性、持重及运动能力 ,还要重视。

Objecteive To summarize the experience about the evaluation of knee's ligament and meniscu's maim.Methods 10 case selected from 156 parients,whose knee and ligament were injured in recent 5 years,were retrospectiovely analyzed.Results 2 case were injured on anterior and post cross ligament,3 on anterior cross ligament,3 on poster cross ligament,1 on interior assistant and anterior cross ligament,1 on meniscus.Conclusion The stablilization and ability of exercise activity would be paid more attention in the assessment of the knee's function except the knee's activity.
