摘要
目的 探讨E -钙黏素及环氧化酶 -2在结直肠癌发生、发展中的意义。方法 应用免疫组化技术 (S -P法 )检测3 4例结直肠癌组织中E -钙黏素及环氧化酶 -2的表达。结果 E -钙黏素在结直肠癌中的表达强弱与癌组织的细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而与发病年龄、性别及肿块部位无明显相关。 3 1例癌组织和 19例转移淋巴结中环氧化酶 -2表达明显升高 ,但与肿瘤的分化、分期、部位和患者的性别及年龄无明显关系。此外 ,E -钙黏素和环氧化酶 -2在癌组织中的表达与在正常肠黏膜中的表达相比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 E -钙黏素和环氧化酶 -2的异常表达可能是结直肠癌发生、发展过程中的 1个重要环节 。
Objective To investigated the expression of E cd and COX 2 and evaluate their effects on the tumorigenesis and development of colorectal cancer.Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression and location of E cd and COX 2 in the 34 colorectal cancer tissues.Results The E cd expression was correlated inversely to tumor differentiation,lymphonode metastasis and Dukes stage( P <0.05),whereas it was not correlated to the patients′ age,sex and the location of tumor.The level of COX 2 was increased in most of tumor tissues(31/34) and in all of the lymphonode metastases,but it was not correlated with the tumor differentiation,stage,location and patients′ age and sex.The expression of E cd and COX 2 was significantly different in tumor and nontumor tissues( P <0.01).Conclusion The abnormal expression of E cd and COX 2 plays a role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal cancer.
