摘要
以实验模态分析为手段,通过对摩托车车架及发动机等部件的振动实验分析,找出了引起车架共振的频率;分析了发动机振源对车架振动的影响,使车架主要模态的自振频率避开了发动机转速范围;最后提出了具体结构改进措施,提高了车架的抗振能力,减少了对振动的响应。
Based on the experimental modal analysis and the vibration test analysis of motorcycle frame and engine,the author obtains the resonance frequency of the frame.Then the author analyses the effect of the frame vibration and tries to make the natural frequency of vibration beyond the range of engine revolution rate.Finally the author gives the measure for improving the structure,by means of which, the ability of anti-vibration of the frame is lifted and the response to vibration is reduced.
