摘要 提出了以层压板分层为基本单位 ,用满应变设计层板厚度 ,以应变能原理调整分层比例的二级优化策略 ,给出了复合材料板壳结构铺层设计的方法 ,并将其编入 COMPASS 3.0版本中。工程应用表明 ,该方法实用可靠 ,设计效率高 ,优化设计软件 COMPASS为工程技术人员提供了有效的设计手段。 A optimum design method for composite laminates considering the bending and tension coupling effect is proposed in this paper. The method has the following two levels. On the first level, the laminate thickness is optimized by fully strained design criterion (FSD). Then the thickness ratio of the ply groups is adjusted by the contributions of their strain energy as the second level. The ply groups are divided into constant and variable parts, and only the variable part could be adjusted according to the designer's requirements. To decrease the numerical oscillation in FSD iteration, the relaxation parameter is used. Based on the present method, a new optimization procedure has been developed under COMPASS software (COMPosite structural Analysis and Synthesis System), and some engineering examples demonstrate the reliability and efficiency of the method.
