摘要
实验用新西兰兔24只。4只正常对照,20只在左胫骨置不锈钢接骨板以诱发局部骨质疏松。所有动物术后2月取钢板,其中4只即刻处死取材,另16只则分别在取钢板后1、2、3、4月分批处死取材,每批4只。取接骨板下皮质骨块制备超薄切片作透射电镜观察。结果表明,坚硬接骨板取出后局部骨质疏松的逆转过程主要表现为骨形成逐渐增加,骨吸收迅速减少。骨形成既包括成骨细胞性骨形成,也涉及骨细胞性骨形成。
Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were used in the experiment. Four animals served as control and the other 20 were fixed by stainless—steel plates on their left tibia to induce the local osteoporosis. The plates were removed 2 monthes after implantation. Four animals were killed immediately following the plate removal and the others were sacrificed 1, 2, 3 and 4 months later, respectively. The cortical bone beneath the plates were prepared for transmission electron microscopy observation. The results indicated that the recovery process of the local osteoprosis after the rigid plate removal mainly manifested the decrease in bone resorption and the increase in bone formation, which included osteoblastic and osteocytic.
