严重颅脑损伤并发多脏器功能衰竭的危险因素分析

On Factors of Multiple System Organ Failure Associated with Sever Craniocerebral Injury

本文回顾性分析了493例严重颅脑损伤的病例(其中21例住院期间发生了多脏器功能衰竭(MSOF),旨在研究颅脑损伤并发MSOF的危险因素。结果发现:严重脑实质损伤、肺部感染、营养不良、休克、败血症等病例,MSOF发生率明显增高(P<0.01)。认为早期监护高危病人和综合治疗是降低MOSF死亡率的关键。

A total of 493 patients with severe head injury is analysized retrospectively, of them muttiple system organ failure (MSOF) took place in 21 during their hospital days. The statistic data showed thai the incidenee of the MSOF makedly increased in the cases of serous head injury, pulmunary infection, malnutrition, shock, sepsis and so forth. The authors suggest that intensive care should be taken to prevent its development and combined treatment for the sufferers should be used.
