假性动脉瘤和动静脉畸形急性大出血的血管内治疗

Arterial Emboligation for Controlling Acute Hemorrhage of False Aneurysms and Arteriovenous Malformations

本文报告7例假性动脉瘤破裂和动静脉畸形大出血的血管内治疗。对臀上动脉,颌内动脉和颌外动脉假性动脉瘤,肾动静脉畸形,4例病人采用经导管弹簧圈栓塞术,2例腋动脉假性动脉瘤应用气囊导管暂时阻断动脉腔内血液,然后行人造血管移植与瘤壁切除。齿龈动静脉畸形病人应用真丝微粒随血流栓塞供血血管,全部治愈。

This article reports treatment of sever case of acute bleeding due to ruptured false aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations. For the 4 cases suffering from false aneurysms of superior gluteal, internal maxillary and exrernal maxillary arteries and renal arteriovenous malformation, the transcatheler embolization of the spring-coil was applied; the two cases of false aneurysms of axillary arteries, blood flow was stopped by ballon catheter at first, then performed prosthsis graft and removel of aneurysmal walls: the remaining 1 case with gingival arteriovenous malformations by silk particles floating on the blood stream to embolized the blood vessel. All cases in question were cured.
