摘要
针对现有的钻井液动态失水仪存在硬质合金轴承磨损过快和传动等方面的问题 ,进行了若干改进 :采用永磁轴承平衡动态失水仪转子的轴向力 ,大大提高了转子的寿命 ;在转子的驱动方面 ,用最新的无传感器无换向器直流电动机取代常规的直流电动机 ,省去了胶带等传动机构 ,提高了动态失水仪传动系统的可靠性和自动化程度。
To solve the problems of the existing measurement instrument of water loses in mud during pipe rotation, technical reforms are made as follows: using the permanent magnet bearing to balance the axial forces; adopting the motor without sensors and commutator replacing the conventional DC motor so as to omit the rubber belt drive mechanism. The reliability and automaticity of the transmission system of the instrument are improved after modification.
