还原老化和硫中毒对 B108中变催化剂弯曲因子的影响

摘要 用 ZXF—02型氮吸附仪和压汞技术分别测定了 B108中变催化剂在未还原态,经无硫及500ppm硫化氢中毒动力学试验等三种情形的 BET 表面积,最可几半径、平均孔径、和孔径分布。以二氧化碳和氮气为扩散介质,SP2307 色谱配合 CDMC—1B 型处理机,在多颗粒扩散池测定了三种催化剂样品的弯曲因子值,研究表明,弯曲因子在还原老化前后变化很大,该浓度的硫中毒影响可忽略、 The BET surface area,the most probable radius,mean radius of pore,and pore-size distribution of actual size B108 high temperature shift catalysts were measured in three states respectively with a ZXF-02-type nitrogen adsorption instrument and a mercury porosimeter. Tortuosities of the three catalyst samples mentioned above were determined in a self-designed steel multipellets diffusion bridge with a SP2307-type gas chromatograph and a CDMC-1B-type microprocessor.Nitrogen and carbon di- oxide were used as the gas pair.The studies showed that the change in tortuo- sity is obvious after reduction-ageing,but is negligible after sulfur-poisoning.
