再论长庆气田含硫天然气脱硫工艺技术 被引量:24

摘要 针对长庆气田含硫天然气CO2 含量高、H2 S含量低、碳硫比高的特点 ,提出应用MDEA专利配方溶液法或选用活化MDEA法脱硫、脱碳。此外 ,还对脱硫装置的原料气进塔温度、吸收塔内温度检测、循环溶液串联加压、汽提塔筒体材质等提出了建议。 In this paper, it is discussed for the sour gas sweetening technology of Changqing gas field that the methods of the patent formulated MDEA or activated MDEA are used to remove not only H 2S deeply, but also large amounts of CO 2, according to the sour gas characteristic of the Changqing gas field that the CO 2 content is high,the H 2S content is low and CO 2/H 2S ratio is larger.In addition to the methods,some proposals such as the sour gas temperature entering the absorber,the temperature detection in the absorber,the lean solution circulation boosting by pumps in series and the material of the stripping still shell are made.
