摘要
将板框式超滤膜组件与发酵釜组成一个半封闭的回路系统,构成膜循环发酵器。用啤酒酵母从葡萄糖发酵制乙醇的过程中,葡萄糖的转化率是酵母细胞浓度和稀释率的函数,在平均细胞浓度为5.0×10~8/ml,进料葡萄糖浓度为143 g/L,稀释率为0.4h^(-1)时,生产率为9.06 g/L·h。此时,葡萄糖利用率为63%。而在间歇发酵时,生产率为3.0g/L.h,葡萄糖利用率为100%。通过对膜组件的定时反冲,可使膜组件的渗透量稳定在一个较高的水平。
A recycling membrane fermentor was designed by using synthetic semiper- meable plate membranes in a semiclosed-loop configuration with a continuous stirred-tank reactor.The conversion of glucose to ethanol by a yeast(Saccha- romyces cerevisiae )was a function of cell concentration and dilution rate. At a cell concentration of approximately 5×10~8/ml in the fermentor,and an inlet glucose concentration of 143 g/L,the productivity was 9.06 g ethanol/ L.h at a dilution rate of 0.4.Under these conditions,the utilization of glu- cose was 63%,while the productivity of batch fermentation is 3.0 g ethanol /L.h at 100% glucose utilization.By periodic back-flushing of the membra- ne,the transmembrane flux can be stabilized at an acceptable level.
