摘要 介绍了利用莫尔相移测偏法进行非球表面三维形貌测量的检测技术 ,提出了一种含有 2π断层的相位图的滤波及其快速相位展开的新方法 。 This paper describes 3D shape measurement of aspheric surface using moiré deflectometry.It provides a new method of numeric filtering of phase image containing 2 π phase jumps and rapid phase unwrapping,and gives the method of computer image processing and experiment results.
