进入 2 1世纪 ,中国迎来了支线航空发展的春天。 1998年以来 ,国家出台了扶持支线航空 ,鼓励发展国产支线飞机的一系列政策。 2 0 0 0年在珠海航展 ,国防科工委宣布中国将研制具有知识产权的新型涡扇支线飞机 ,中国航空工业第一集团公司宣布组建按现代企业制度运作的新支线飞机项目公司 ,研发新支线飞机。 2 0 0 1年新型涡扇支线飞机———ARJ2 1模型在北京国际航展亮相。时至今日 ,在 2 0 0 2年珠海国际航展即将来临之际 ,中国新型涡扇支线飞机的研制进展更加受人关注。为此 ,我们采访了筹建中的中航商用飞机有限公司吴兴世总师 ,请他介绍了新型涡扇支线飞机研制项目的背景、目标、设计要求、运作模式和目前进展。
Comment of the Editor] Entering the 21st century, China welcomes the spiring of regional air liner development. Since 1998, the government has issued a series of policies for supporting the regional aviation and encouraging the development of the national regional airliner. In 2000, the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence announced that China would develop a new turbo fan regional airliner with knowledge property at 2000 Airshow China. AVIC Ⅰ announced that a new regional airliner project company which operates according to the modern enterprise system would be established. In 2001, a new turbo fan regional airliner-ARJ21 model was demonstrated at the Beijing International Airshow. Now the 2002 Airshow China is coming. The development progress of the new turbo fan regional airliner in China is paid more attention to. So we visited Chief engineer Wu Xingshi of AVIC Ⅰ Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. (in preparation) and asked him to introduce the development background, objective, design requirements, operation mode and current progress of this project.
