摘要
试验研究是在模拟发动机工作条件下,获取刷式密封在各个工作阶段的性能并验证其耐久性和结构完整性。340h的性能和耐久试验的结果表明,发生在0~50h试验期间内,特别是在0~10h期间内的刷丝与涂层磨损导致密封特性下降,50h后,磨损量变小,密封特性基本保持稳定,并明显优于篦齿密封。刷式密封的结构完整性良好。
For various rotational speed of brush seal, the performance was provided and the durability and the structure integrity were verified under simulated engine operating condition. The test results showed that the performance deterioration of the brush seal resulted from worn brush and coating during initial 50h,especially the first 10h. After this, the performance of seal would tend towards stability duo to reduced wear. Obviously, it is better than that of labyrinth seal. Good structure integration was obtained for the brush seal during the test.
