摘要
采用Griffing方法Ⅰ ,利用 6× 6完全双列杂交 ,对 6个不同类型的冬小麦品种的子粒钙含量的遗传机制进行了研究。结果表明 :不同品种子粒钙含量的一般配合力 (GCA)效应、特殊配合力 (SCA)效应和反交 (R)效应 ,均达到极显著水平 ,其GCA、SCA、R均方比为 2 0 5 6 9∶0 5 2 6 2∶1;子粒钙含量的遗传以加性基因效应占优势 ,但反交效应和非加性基因效应也不可忽视 ;钙含量的广义遗传力为 97 34 % ,狭义遗传力为 6 0 88%。河农 2 5 5
Using the Griffing method,the genetic mechanism of grain Calcium content in winter wheat was studied, by applying 6×6 complete diallel cross.The results showed that there was significant variances in general combining ability (GCA),special combining ability (SCA)and reciprocal cross (R) in grain calcium content .The mean square ratio of GCA, SCA and R was 2.056 9∶ 0.526 2∶ 1.000 0;The additive effect was dominant in genetic variance in grain calcium content ,following by the reciprocal cross effect and non-additive effect ;The broad and harrow heredity of grain calcium content was 97.34% and 60.88% respctively.Of the tested varieties, Henong 2552 was a preferable parent material.
