Computer based paper-money checking system for the detection of the defect notes in printing process

为提高币钞生产的质量和效率 ,利用计算机和计算机网络技术 ,对现有的生产工艺进行了改进。加码工序中增加了废品检测与记录功能 ,加码时自动检测出废品并记录其信息 ,为分拣和补品准备工序提供准确数据。解决了分拣工序中影响分拣质量和生产效率的关键问题 。

The production technology of money production is improved by utilizing the computer and computer network technology so as to raise the quality and production efficiency of RMB printing. A new process is to applied to nots-printing,by which the defective notes are antomatically detected and also their information are saved in printing code process,providing accurate data for money-detecting and substitute note-preparing. This research,being the first one of china in the field of money peoduction,solved the key problem that influences the quality and effciency of note-printing.
