Synthesis of 5-arylidene thiobarbituric acid

在乙酸 -乙酸酐溶液 (含乙酸酐 1 0 % )中 ,由芳香醛和硫代巴比妥酸经Knoevenagel缩合反应 ,制备了 5 -亚烃基硫代巴比妥酸 ,产率为 6 2 .7%～ 95 %。产物结构经1HNMR。

Arylidene thiobarbituric acids were prepared by the Knoevenagel condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes and thiobarbituric acid in acetic acid - acetic anhydride (involving 10 % acetic anhydride) , the yields were 62.7 ～ 95 %. The products were identified by 1H NMR,IR and UV.
