结合村镇建设用地的实际情况 ,提出了在村镇规划和建设改造中充分利用土地的重要性和必要性 ,针对规划和建设中存在的土地浪费问题 ,提出了一些措施和对策 。

Combined with the current situation of the construction land,it pointed out the necessarity and importance on construction of small town,and anynalysed the cause of wasting land,and pointed out some countermeasures in order to improve some reference to the planer and manager on small town.
