连作大豆根分泌物对根腐病病原菌及种子萌发的影响 被引量:14

摘要 采用砂培、水培和室内培养等方法研究了连作大豆根分泌物对根腐病病原菌及种子萌发的影响。结果表明 :与对照相比 ,连作和轮作大豆根分泌物对粉红粘帚菌和尖镰孢菌尤其是对半裸镰孢菌的生长有明显的促进作用 ,差异达显著或极显著水平。低浓度 (C1和R1处理的浓度 )连作大豆根分泌物对半裸镰孢菌和粉红粘帚菌生长的促进作用明显大于轮作大豆 ,差异达到显著水平。同一茬口 ,最高浓度 (C3和R3处理的浓度 )大豆根分泌物对半裸镰孢菌生长的促进作用小于 2个低浓度 (C1、C2、R1和R2处理的浓度 )的 ,而且在连作大豆中差异达显著水平。与轮作大豆相比 。 Influence of root exudations on pathogenic fungi produced by root rot and seed germination in continuous cultivated soybean was studied by sand culture, water culture and indoor culture experiments . The results showed that allelopathy promotion of root exudations on the growth of Fusarium semitectum, Gliocladium roseum, Fusarium oxysporum, and especially Fusarium semitectumreached significance level with significant difference in continuous cultivated and rotated soybean. The promotion of root exudations on the growth of Fusarium semitectum and Gliocladium roseum in continuous cultivated soybean was distinctly larger than that in rotated soybean and difference reached significance level on low density condition(density of C1 and R1 treatment). The promotion of high density (density of C3 and R3 treatment)root exudations on the growth of Fusarium semitectum was smaller than that of low density (treatment with density of C1, C2, R1 and R2) root exudations. Moreover, difference reached significance level in continuous cultivated soybean. A trend was seen that root exudations in continuous cultivated soybean can inhibit seed germination in contrast with rotated soybean.
