摘要
以榆树叶片为饲料 ,在室温条件下观察了小齿短肛棒 (Baculumminutidentatum)的发育过程及断肢的再生情况 ,并对虫体总RNA的提取方法进行了尝试。结果表明 :在实验条件下 ,小齿短肛棒整个发育期完成蜕皮 5次 ,7月份开始产卵 ,8月中旬成虫陆续死亡。断肢再生现象伴随蜕皮出现 ,是小齿短肛棒的一种极强的生物特性 ,且第 1次至第 3次蜕皮期间的再生现象明显 ,可能是研究断肢再生机制的理想时期。不同个体的再生能力未见明显差异 ,不同足的再生能力也没有显著差别 ,但伴随第 4次和第 5次蜕皮的再生现象较少出现。
Stick insect, Baculum minutidentatum, was bred artificially and the regeneration of its broken limbs in different development phases was observed. Additionally, two methods used to extract total RNA were tested. The results indicated that the larva experienced 5 exuviates and regeneration was occurred after each exuviate. The difference of regeneration in different individuals and limbs was not observed. The stage of larva was ideal period to conduct the regeneration research, particularly before the third exuviate.
