摘要
商品参在贮藏过程中 ,由于受到外界环境条件 (主要是氧 )的影响 ,加上贮藏方法不当 ,常发生虫蛀和霉变等。为解决这个问题笔者进行了商品参贮藏用脱氧剂的研究。结果表明 :应用铁系脱氧剂经过 1年贮藏试验 ,商品参的变质率平均为 0 5 % ,30d后包装内O2 含量为 0 8%。
During storage,ginseng is often affected by its environments,especially by oxygen, and by poorly-used technique of storage. This will lead to the frequent occurrence of worming and mildew changing.The study was intended to solve the previous problems and deoxidizer was used in the storage of commercial ginseng. The results shows that by applying deoxidizer during a one-year experiment,deterioration rate decreases, to 0.5%,30 d after being packed, its O 2 content is 0.8%.
