摘要
应用动物模型并借助MT -DFREML方法估计了中国西门塔尔母牛主要繁殖性状的遗传参数 ,得到母牛的配妊时间与产犊间隔的遗传力分别为 0 .0 6 5和 0 .0 4 7;母牛配妊时间、产犊间隔与 30 5d产奶量表型相关系数分别为 0 .1 7和 0 .1 5 ,遗传相关系数分别为 0 .4 5和 0 .35 ;配妊时间与产犊间隔的表型相关系数为 0 .2 7,遗传相关系数为 0 .33。结果表明 :环境因素对母牛主要繁殖性状影响非常显著 ,母牛繁殖性状为低遗传力性状 。
Genetic parameters of main reproduction traits and important economical traits of Chinese Simmental cows were estimated using animal model by Multiple Traits Derivative-free REML(MT-DFREML).The estimated heritibilities were 0.065 and 0.047 for interval from first to last inseminution and calving interval, respectively;Genetic correlation were 0.45 and 0.35 between IFL,CI and milk yield, respectively;phenotypic correlation were 0.17 and 0.15, respectively; genetic correlation was 0.33,and phenotypic correlation was 0.27 between IFL and CI.The results suggest that environmental factors have remarkable effects on reproduction of cows. Reproductions of cows belong to low heritability traits; there is different degree correlation among all traits.
