植物病原真菌毒素结合蛋白研究现状

摘要 植物病原真菌毒素结合蛋白的研究是近年来毒素研究中的热点及难点之一。本文介绍了真菌中广义蠕孢菌属 (Helminthosporium)、链格孢属 (Alternaria)、壳梭孢属 (Fusicoccum)、轮枝孢属 (Verticilium )等 10余种真菌毒素在结合蛋白研究中的最新进展 ,尤其是较为详细地介绍了甘蔗长蠕孢毒素、燕麦维多利亚毒素、玉米长蠕孢T小种毒素、玉米炭色蠕孢菌毒素结合蛋白研究的技术与方法。提出毒素结合蛋白的研究应采取同位素技术与免疫化学相结合的技术路线。 Toxin binding protein is one of the key subjects in plant pathogenic mycotoxin research.In this paper,new advances in toxin binding protein of 10 kinds of plant pathogenic mycotoxins belonging to Helminthosporium, Alternaria, Fusicoccum, Verticilium were reviewed,especially the techniques and methods of toxin binding proteins of HS toxin, HV toxin, HMT toxin, HC toxin.It was proposed that the isotope labeling technique and immunological chemistry should be combined together in research of toxin binding protein, which will be significant to study the molecular recognition mechanism between host and fungus.
