桔皮黄酮类化合物提取方法的研究

STUDY OF ORANGE PEEL FLAVONOID EXTRACTION METHOD

用不同的溶剂提取桔皮中的黄酮类化合物 ,并测定其含量。结果表明 ,用 5 0 %甲醇提取桔皮中黄酮类化合物的含量最高 ,提取率为 6 6 %。其它提取黄酮类化合物提取率较高的溶剂依次是 75 %甲醇、75 %乙醇和冰乙酸。同时对不同溶剂提取的黄酮类化合物做了薄层层析 (TLC)的研究。

Tlavonoid from orange peel were extracted with different solvents,and the contend was determined.The result showed that content of orange peel flavonoid extracted by using 50%methanol is the highest,the rate of extraction is 6.6%.The other solvents that have higher extraction rate are 75% methanol,75% alcohol and acetic acid successively.Flavonoid extracted with different solvents were also studied by TLC(thin-layer chromatography).
