摘要
本文主要论述了 2BP - 2D型机排肥装置的方案确定与参数设计 ,引进了粉状化肥的成拱理论 ,由此可确定出自流状态下的排肥口直径。经过试验研究与生产考核 ,证明该装置的性能满足设计与农艺要求 ,其理论计算及结论可作为排肥装置的设计依据。
The scheme determination and parameter design of fertilizer ejector's on the 2BP-2D model dibbler are stated,the theory of arch formation in powder fertilizer inside the fertilizer box is introduced,thus the diameter of fertilizer ejector's outlet opening under the state of gravity flow-out has been determinde.It is proved by the result of experimen and production practice that the performances of the apparatus satisfies the demand of design and agronomy,the theoretical calculation and the conclusion on it can be taken as a basis for design of fertilizer ejecting device.
