摘要
用 3种不同的方法分别从香椿叶中提取抗氧化物质 ,比较了不同提取方法的提取率和对菜油的抗氧化作用 ,结果表明 ,70 %乙醇提取物在菜油中的抗氧化性较强 ,柠檬酸的协同效果最好 ,另外 ,用 70 %乙醇提取物在猪肉保鲜防腐方面作了探讨。
Extraction of oxidation resistant were got from Toona sinensis leaf.The extracting rates with different methods were compared.Oxidation resistance of the leaf Extraction to rapeseed oil was tested.The result showed that extraction was obtained by 70% alcohol was the highest activity in rapeseed oil.Synergistic antioxidative activity of citric acid was the Strongest. A Preliminary study was also carried out on the conservation of fresh Pig-meat.
