摘要
对分离到的一株可产生橡单宁降解酶 ,并有较高鞣花酸产率的曲霉发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,该菌产橡单宁降解酶的适宜培养条件为 :培养液的橡单宁浓度为 5 .0 g L、蔗糖 2 0 g L、蛋白胨 6.0 g L ,起始 pH 5 .0 ,2 5 0mL三角瓶培养液装液量为 1 0 0mL ,30℃、1 2 0r min摇床培养 48h。该酶在 pH为 4.0~ 5 .0、温度 30℃时稳定性最好。
The fermentation conditions of the mold producing valonia tannin hydrolase were studied.The optimum fermentation conditions were 5.0 g/L valonia tannin,20 g/L sucrose,6.0 g/L peptone,100 mL culture medium in a 250 mL cone bottle,initial pH 5.0,30 ℃ and 120 r/min shaking for 48 h.The hydrolase was the most stable at pH 4.0~5.0 and 30 ℃.
