完善证券市场功能的对策分析

The Countermeasure Analysis for Improving the Functions of the Security Market

证券市场的基本功能是融资和投资、证券定价和优化资源配置。从我国证券市场目前的发展状况来看 ,证券市场的融资功能得到了较为充分的发挥 ,而投资功能、定价功能和优化资源配置功能却没有发挥其应有的作用 ,要改变这种状况 ,就必须重新认识证券市场的基本功能 ;完善上市公司的治理结构 ,规范上市公司行为 ;完善信息管理 ,提高证券市场信息效率 ;加快证券市场发展 ,适度扩大证券市场规模 ,增加投资品种。

The basic functions of the security market are finance, invest , security pricing and resource allocation. By the background and developement situation of China's security market, the function of finance has been fully applied. Nevertheless, the other three functions have not had their full usage. In order to change the situation, many improvement should be located. The first is to have deep recognization of the functions of the security market, strengthen the inner structure of the public-owned companies and standarlize their behaviours. The second is to improve the information management and increase the efficience of the market information. The last is to fasten the developement of the security market, increase the full size of the security market little by little and increase the investment products.
