摘要
平成萧条期以来接连攀升的失业率打破了日本长期保持的“稳定雇佣神话”,终身雇佣制和年功序列制作为日本式经营的“三大法宝”中的两个,都开始发生了微妙而深刻的变化,这与IT革命的进展不无关系。本文探讨了IT革命对日本就业数量和结构的影响方式及途径,在此基础上论述了日本未来就业变化的6大趋势及其产生的经济与社会影响。
Ever since the Heisei recession period the increasingly rising unemployment rate has broken the myth of stable employment that has been maintained by Japan for a long time, and, as two of the big three magic weapons, both of Japans life employment system and annual achievement placement system are undergoing subtle but penetrating changes, which is obviously closely related to the development of IT Revolution. The paper has considered the ways in which IT revolution affected the quantity and structure of Japan抯 employment, based on which also discussed in the paper are the six major trends of the changes of Japan抯 employment in the future and economic and social impact they are expected to bring about.
