摘要
在知识经济时代 ,知识和人的创造力取代了资本、技术和自然资源等 ,成为社会向前发展的主要驱动力。而知识与创造力的产生与应用 ,归根到底离不开高效率和高素质的员工。国家之间的竞争 ,企业之间的竞争 ,知识的创造、利用与增值 ,资源的合理配置 ,最终都要靠知识的载体———知识型员工来实现。因此 ,企业要获得和保持持久的竞争优势 ,就必须建立良好的激励机制 ,激发知识员工的主动性、积极性和创造力。
In the time of knowledge economy the knowledge and men's creation substitute the capital , technology and natural resources and become the main driving force in pushing the world to develop forward. And the emergence and application of the knowledge and creation can't work without the high-efficiency and high-qualified workers. The competition between nations, between enterprises, the creation, application and value-adding of knowledge, and the rational distribution of the resources all depend on the carrier of the knowledge -that is the knowledge-based workers. Therefore , if an enterprise wants to acquire and keep long-term competitive advantage , it must stimulate the knowledge-based workers' initiative , active and creativeness in order to establish the good incentive mechanism.
