加入WTO使中国监理企业面临建设项目与服务内容增多,环境改变和进入国际市场等机遇,同时也面临缺乏竞争实力的风险。我们必须强化信誉意识,建立科学用人机制,加快现代企业制度建设,加强合作与交流,增强发展后劲,从而提高竞争实力。

After China rejoined WTO, the engineering projects and supervisory tasks that supervisory enterprises can undertake will increase as well as the market environment will be better and the international market will be open to Chinese supervisory enterprises. However, the supervisory enterprises also face the risk of lacking competitiveness. So, we should strengthen the consciousness of credit, establish scientific manpower utilization system, and accelerate constructing modern enterprise system so as to raise competitiveness.
