广州与澳门工程招标投标制度的比较

A comparison of engineering tending and bidding system in Guangzhou and MACAO

中国加入WTO,对内地的工程管理带来相当大的冲击。而澳门一直是按照国际惯例进行工程造价管理,因此作者借助在澳门一些项目的招投标经验和体会,分析了广州与澳门在工程招投标制度方面的差异,提出了一些对策和建议,为内地企业适应国际惯例提供参考。

After China rejoined WTO, the engineering management in China's Mainland now faces a great impingement. With the project experience in Macao where engineering management is carried out according to the international practice, we analyze the different engineering tendering and bidding systems in Guangzhou and Macao, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide some reference for mainland companies to adapt to adapt to the international practice.
