Consideration and Suggestion for the development of Project management and consulting industry of China

我国加入WTO,必定对我国监理咨询业带来影响。通过分析加入WTO后给我国监理咨询业带来的机遇和挑战,并详细比较、分析了国内外监理咨询公司在人员构成和服务内容的差异,就监理咨询业如何发展、如何采取措施应对WTO提出了一些见解。

After China affiliation to WTO, Chinese project management and consulting industry must be greatly impacted unprecedentedly. The opportunity and challenge caused by affiliation to WTO are analyzed, then the difference of staff structure and service between Chinese project management company with that of overseas is compared in this paper. Finally in terms of how to develop Chinese project management and consulting industry, some suggestions to face up to affiliation to WTO are given.
