Public Goods Theory and the Reform of National Capital Management System

国有资产管理体制是指有关国有资产管理的各种制度安排的总和。以公共产品理论观之,我国的国有资产管理体制还存在着一些带有普遍性的问题。本文按照符合公共产品理论要求的国有资产管理体制的标准,提出了国有资产管理体制的改革设想。

The national capital management system is the summary of various institutions about national capital management.In the view point of public goods theory,our countrys national capital management system still exists some general problems.In according to the standard of national capital management system which comforms to the requirement of public goods theory,the paper gives some suggestions on the reform of national capital management system.
