摘要
财务杠杆原理和风险控制是企业资本结构中的一个重要因素,正确分析相关风险和合理使用杠杆原理对企业决策有着重要的意义和影响。本文叙述了杠杜原理和风险控制的关系及其运用和实务分析。
Financial lever principle and risk control is one of the important factors in the enterprises' capital structure,so it is of great significance for an enterprise to make its decision on the basis of logical analysis of relevant risks and proper use of lever principle.This paper deals with the relation between the use of lever principle and risk control by analyzing some examples.
