摘要
排球运动在我国高校中深受学生的喜爱,但是在高校的教学甚至在不少体育系的排球课教学中都存在着不少薄弱环节,尤其是“防守步法”,造成没有往返球,影响到其它技、战术的发挥。为了更好地开展排球运运,在教学中应重视“步法”这一重要环节。
The sport of volleyball is popular among college students,but the teaching of volleyball,especially the teaching of footwork is unsatisfactory.The poor footwork in defense not only affects the employment of strategies and skills but causes offensive failure.This paper stresses the importance of teaching volleyball footwork.
