摘要
英汉两种语言由于文化的不同,很多表达法(词和词组)表面上看起来意思相同,实际上相差万里,本文对比一些英汉表达法,试图找出它们含义相同或不同的原因。
Many English and Chinese expressions(words and phrases)seem to be alike in meaning but in fact different be- cause of different cultures.This paper,making a comparison between quite a few English and Chinese expressions,attempts to find out why they mean the same or differently.
