摘要
为确保“区域卫生规划”达到预期目标,推进规划工作落实,使中央与省级政府能够及时掌握规划工作进展情况,有必要建立一套区域卫生规划监督与评价体系。借鉴澳大利亚经验,提出了设计区域卫生规划评价体系的原则。
It is necessary to establish a system of the monitoring and evaluating regional health planning for the central and provincial governments managing the procedure of regional health planning and making the outcomes of regional health planning to reach what we anticipated. The paper provides a design criteria and principles for a regional health planning evaluation system according to Australian expeiences.
