摘要
在 2 1世纪 ,企业人力资源管理的目标是确保企业拥有适当的人力资源去完成企业的任务。针对人力资源管理的四个方面提出 :在思想观念转变方面要采用先导式战略 ;在组织机构改革方面要采用发展式战略 ;在人力资源管理发展方面要采用投资式战略 ;在人力资源政策方面要采用预警式战略。
In the 21st century,the aim of management of human resources in enterprises is to make sure that there are some right personnel who can fullfil the taske of the enterprises.In accordance with the four aspects of management of human resources,some suggestions are given in the article.They are first,the guiding strategy in the changes in people's thoughts;seeond,the developing strategy in the reform of orgnizational institutions;third the investing strategy in management of human resources;fouth the eary-warnning strategy in the policy on human resources.
