With the progress of sciences and the rapid growth of compute technology,the contemporary info-service functions of libraries are in constant change and development,albeit their traditional functions remain unchanged.To meet the need of this new situation,it is necessary to adopt the strategy that includes filling gaps,innovating,servicing,radiating and reorganizing,etc.Keep bettering the ways of info-service and developing new information products so as to satisfy the clients.
