分散/活性染料热焙一步固色助剂作用机理研究

Research on Reaction Mechanism of Auxiliaries in One-Stage Thermofixation of Reactive/Disperse Dyes

本文介绍了分散/活性染料一浴一步热焙固色的一种新方法。活性染料在加有固色剂N-12和双氰胺后,可在中性和高温条件下固色,新工艺得色量和 K/S 值比通常小苏打-尿素工艺高。DSC 和 DTA 研究表明,活性染料和尿素或双氰胺混合物的熔点比尿素或双氰胺单独存在时降低了15～30℃。这对染料干态固色非常有利。

This paper introduces a new approach to one-stage thermofixation of reactive/disperse dyes. By the addition of fixing agent N-12 and dicyandiamide reactive dye can be fixed under neutral Ph and high temperature condition.With the new process,the amount of dye fixed and K/S value are increased compared with the traditional process,in which sodium bicarbonate and urea are used.DSC and DTA studies indicate that the melting point of the mixture of reactive dye and urea or dicyandiamide is lowered by 15～30℃ than that of urea or dicyandiamide alone.This is favourable for dye fixing under dry condition.
