摘要
本文用扫描电镜等实验方法,分析了针刺纤维网纤维的组合结构和排列,纤网结构对粘合剂润湿的影响。讨论了纤维原料,针剌密度,热压温度对鞋用非织造布合成革的物理机械性能的影响。得到结论为:针刺密度增加,基布密度增加,上胶量减少,吸水性变差。粘合剂的粘合效果和针刺密度对鞋用非织造布合成革的断裂强度,曲挠疲劳具有重要影响。
This paper studies the structure compositions and array of fibre web needle-punched.Effect of the web construction is investigated on the adhesive wetting power by means of SEM.Also,the effect is discussed of fibre materials,needle density,heat press temperature onthe physico-meachanical proparties of the artifical leather for shoes making.Experimentalresults shown that when needle density increases,adhesive content and its wettability powerdecrease.Binding effect and needle density has an important effect on rupture strength andbinding fatigue of the artifical shoes leather.
