本文介绍了用MCS—51系列单片机构成的浆纱机监测仪,它具有实时测量浆纱伸长率和GA—301型浆纱机所存在的上、下层经纱的张力不匀率的功能,并能统计每一个织轴的平均伸长率和平均不匀率及每隔十分钟浆纱机的平均车速,测量结果送显示器显示、并打印。该监测仪具有显示直观、测量准确、迅速的特点。解决了浆纱生产过程中的一个实际问题。

This paper introduces a new sizing machine monitor,which is based on and consists of theadvanced MSC-51 series single board computer.It can measure the instant sizing stretch rate,and the warp tension of upper and lower levels brought about by GA 301 sizing machine,while computing the average running speed at an interval of ten minutes.The results will bedisplayed on the indicators.And the accurate and rapid measurement of the monitor has sol-ved a practical problem in sizing.
