摘要
激光治疗颜痕始于20世纪70年代后期,治疗机理包括去除颜痕组织;破坏颜痕内血管;抑制胶原合成;抑制细胞增殖;诱导细胞凋亡等。目前已胡CO2激光、氩离了激光、Nd:YAG激光、脉冲染料激光等用于临床实践。
Laser treatmen of scars is initiated in the late 1970s.There mechanism in laser treatment of scars includes ablation xcars, vessel destruction, suppressing collagen synthesis, iinhibitory cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis. These laser systems such as C02 laser, argon laser, Nd:YAG laser and pulsed dye laser have been used in the practice.
