摘要 本文根据多种波长可见光诱导的小白鼠全血荧光光谱,对其产生机理和谱线特性进行了研究。实验结果和分析结论表明,用可见光诱导的血液荧光在波长为600nm附近存在比较强的荧光:407nm波长的光激发血液荧光的量子转换效率最高,不同波长光诱导的血液荧光光谱特征不尽相同,且573nm和593nm诱导的荧光光谱还出现了Anti-Stodes谱线。本文的研究结果将对LLLIT和LIFST中治疗光波长的选择具有参考价值。 Visible light with different wavelengths induced the whole blood fluorescence spectra from healthy experimental small mice are measured and investigated on their emitting mechanism and character-istics in this paper. The experimental results and the investigation indicate that visible light induced blood emitting fluorescence is the strongest near 600nm;408nm light-excited blood fluorescence quantum yield efficiency is the highest of them;the characteristics of these fluorescence spectra are not fully different under different wavelengths excitation and there are Anti-Stodes spectra in 573nm and 593nm light induced blood fluorescence spectra.Perhaps, the result will have an effect on choosing laser wavelength in LLLIT and LIFST.
